I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, but they appeared a bit dingy compared to the pictures. The service was exceptional with above-and-beyond shuttle service, yet lacking attention in some areas. The location was fantastic, offering a tranquil setting and proximity to various attractions. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, which offered easy access to shopping spots, the ferry to San Francisco, and beautiful attractions like Muir Woods and Stinson Beach. The resort-like atmosphere and the convenience of sitting on my back veranda with a coffee made my stay feel like a special holiday. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with subpar food quality and options. The rooms were clean and provided essential amenities, but they could use more power outlets. Overall, the hotel provided a good value for the money spent.
